Saturday 22nd May 2011 saw 1st Tandragee Scouts take to the beautiful outdoors of Clare Glen for their first ever camp.  1st Tandragee Scouts opened its doors in September 2010 and have already established themselves as a thriving Scout Pack.  Saturday saw 45 young people ranging from 8-10 years along with their leaders explore the challenging walks and the surrounding beauty of Clare Glen through treasure hunts and various other team building activities.  They started out from early morning and spent the day in nearby Armagh City where a Scout day had been arranged with various other branches which involved the Scouts participating in various activities such as orienteering at the Palace Stables as well as visiting Armagh Planetarium.

The camp was a great success and the leaders are now hoping to make this a yearly event.
